Place was just as described, very clean and can’t beat the closeness to beach

  The space fit our family nicely, 2 young boys, beach directly out front, the unit was clean and as described. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

  This is a very cute and clean place just steps from the beach. It had everything we needed and the price was reasonable. The biggest problem is the… read more parking. The assigned parking spot is right next to the patio and it’s tight which we were aware of through the listing. Although our vehicle fit, because this is the street for the public access to the beach, we had problems with people parking in our spot when they were dropping off beach chairs or picking up people from the beach, etc., leaving us without parking until they moved and this is a very congested dead end street with no parking so it was a pain. The third night, someone parked sideways in front of us for two hours making us unable to pull out or get out since there was a car behind us as well. It’s not the owner’s fault as the lot is posted but unfortunately not everyone follows the rules.

  I’ve completed 14 Airbnb stays, and this is my first rating below 4 stars.Several issues added up. Parking spots are poorly numbered. Our spot had two unit numbers painted on… read more it, so we ended up parked on top of the guests from unit 17. When we raised it, Justin the manager was unnecessarily snippy to us both, like we caused the problem instead of the signage.AI support incorrectly said I could check in (and pay) a day early, but when I submitted the request it was automatically declined. WiFi info included only the password, not the network name, so we had to guess which network to use. The door keypad also sometimes wouldn’t register input for a few minutes, like it was low on battery.Walls and ceilings are thin. We could hear the upstairs guests running laps every morning starting around 6:30am (not the host’s fault, but worth noting). There was only one roll of toilet paper, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

  For a weekend stay we found the place to be very peaceful and in a perfect location. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and just the right walking… read more distance from the pier. The place was incredibly clean and had enough space not to feel crammed.
