The Beachfront Condotel, 1 WALNUT ST, Unit #24, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064

WELCOME!

Welcome to the Beachfront Condotel! Thank you for choosing Unit #24. We are pleased to have you as our guest and hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family has enjoyed visiting this location for the past 45 years back when it was the Kebek Hotel. There is so much to do along the coast, but if you prefer to stay close by, you can relax on the beach, visit the pier, or read a book on the patio.

This directory introduces you to the Old Orchard Beach area, highlights some of our favorite places, and provides important information about the property and your room.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Beachfront Condotel, Unit 24!

THE BEACH

If you love the beach and have not visited before, you are in for a wonderful beach vacation.

Old Orchard Beach offers seven miles of beautiful sandy shoreline with no rocks or gravel, so water shoes are not needed. There is plenty of sand, and at low tide, children will enjoy playing in the smooth, muddy area between the beach and the water.

Bring an umbrella or cabana, beach chairs, and claim your spot early, as the beach can get busy on summer days. We usually setup in front of the property in the morning and come and go throughout the day. Since the room is only a short walk away, you can easily use the bathroom or grab snacks and drinks without packing a cooler.

The water is clean and easy to enter and exit, with soft sand and no rocks or hazards. Bring a boogie board to ride the waves or cool off in the surf. It is also a great spot for young children because the water deepens gradually, without sudden drop-offs. A nearby lifeguard station provides added safety.

Please note that alcohol is not allowed on the beach. If you would like to enjoy a cocktail or beer, you can use the patio area just off the beach or visit Pirates Patio next door.

In the evening, we enjoy walking along the beach toward The Pier and stopping at the Tiki Hut for a drink and something to eat. Afterward, we like to browse the shops, visit Palace Playland, or sit on the deck at The Pier Patio Pub overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. If you enjoy karaoke, be sure to check out Hooligan’s Steak & Ale on the Pier.
